# BMEssentia Design

> Clinics, hospital departments and clinical rooms designed with AI and checked against named standards: measured plans, 3D walkthroughs, equipment lists and a cost estimate. Part of BMEssentia (BMEssentia LLC-FZ, Dubai), founded by Hasan Khaled Ismail, a biomedical engineer.

BMEssentia Design turns a brief for a clinical room, department, clinic or hospital wing into a to-scale plan, a 3D dollhouse and walk mode with Medical City device models, room data sheets, an equipment list, a rules checklist naming its guidance (ADA 2010, HTM 01-05, FGI Guidelines, ISO 23500, IEC 60364-7-710, NFPA 99, HTM 02-01, HTM 03-01, ASHRAE 170) and a cost estimate. It never invents a figure; shielding is set by the radiation protection adviser; nothing is called engineer verified unless a person reviewed it. Vendor neutral.
